How to order flowers?
Ordering at the Fleurop-Interflora shopping centre is easy. Just follow these nine simple steps:
We will retransmit your order to the nearest independent Fleurop-Interflora florist, which is also your contract partner. We remain at your complete disposal for any additional questions you might have concerning your flower order or any other information you require.
To process your order on time and without any delay, please make sure you follow these steps with respect to the recipient's address:
For deliveries to hospitals, please indicate maiden name for married woman and ward and room number whenever possible.The delivery is only granted to the reception desk of the hospital.
For deliveries to hotels, please indicate room number and name of the guest(s) (maiden name for married woman, group, couple, etc.). The delivery is only granted to the reception desk of the hotel.
As one might expect, flower prices naturally fluctuate according to season and region. The price of Fleurop-Interflora bouquets and arrangements is therefore based on the day’s price of the florist shop arranging the delivery.
The prices given in the Fleurop-Interflora Flower Market include the florist’s local delivery charge and local VAT or sales tax. Fleurop-Interflora’s charges EUR 10,00 (depending on the daily currency exchange rate) service charge for deliveries in Belgium, 12,50 EUR for deliveries in another European country and 15 EUR for deliveries in every other country throughout the world.
If the recipient refuses to accept the flowers without any reason, the full charges are due, and will be billed by our florist.
Thanks to our unique worldwide marketplace we can deliver your order within hours anywhere in the world! Due to the various time zones & public business hours in individual countries, same day delivery on the date of your order can only be guaranteed under the following conditions:
The acceptance of your order depends upon the holidays and office hours of the receiving-country individually
We cannot guarantee deliveries on Saturday afternoons or on Sundays and public holidays. Camp-grounds, military bases, boats, sea ports or airports are not guaranteed delivery addresses.

Correctness of the delivery address
Please check carefully that the delivery address, including local telephone number, is complete and correct. We cannot accept any liability for late or non-delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address. To ensure that the florist is able to deliver on time, the following additional information, if available, is, moreover, very helpful:
For hospital deliveries, the ward, room number or maiden name if recipient gave birth to a baby. The delivery is only granted to the reception desk of the hospital.
For hotel deliveries, the room number and the name under which the addressee is registered (e.g. group, Mr. and Mrs., etc.). The delivery is only granted to the reception desk of the hotel.
For every order placed, you will receive by email an order confirmation within a few minutes including your order number and detailed information of the purchased product. If you have mentioned your correct email address on the order form, item selected, purchase price, delivery date and the addresses of the sender and recipient will be part of our confirmation.
Please do not hesitate to contact our customer service if you did not receive an order confirmation.
Terms of delivery
We will retransmit your order to the nearest florist / Fleurop-Interflora National Office, which is also your personal contract partner. Nevertheless, our customer service department will be pleased to answer any questions you may have, or provide you with information concerning your order.
Delivery of your flower order can only take place during the regular business hours of the Fleurop-Interflora contract partner.
Funeral work will be made according to the customs of the country.
Except for sympathy bouquets/arrangements al other funeral work will NOT be delivered to a home address.
As a general rule, delivery takes place on the requested date (except in the event of cause beyond control).
14 February - St. Valentine's Day: Due to the high order volume on the busiest flower day of the year, orders for St. Valentines Day, particularly to business addresses, may exceptionally be delivered early or after Valentine's Day, subject to fresh flower availability.
Orders for Mother's Day are generally delivered on the Saturday before. Orders placed at short notice may be delivered on the Monday after.
Christmas and New Year orders are generally delivered 2 - 3 days prior to the requested delivery date.
Customer satisfaction is very important for our affiliated Florist members and gift delivery partners. The guarantee assures you that all orders are handled by experts and are of first-rate quality. All flower arrangements will be fresh and delivered personally.
We guarantee the conscientious fulfilment of every Fleurop-Interflora order.

Nevertheless, should there be any complaint, the addressee can of course contact the delivering Fleurop-Interflora florist. The latter guarantees the delivered product for at least three days - 72 hours after delivery - with respect to quality, and will replace the product with another one if the flowers or plants that are the subject of any claim are returned to the shop within this period.
This guarantee is your assurance that your order will be executed with love and care, and that only the highest quality products will be used. However, should you not be satisfied with the delivery or quality, please let us know within 5 days latest from the date of delivery by e-mail.
All orders are handled and processed exclusively by members of the Fleurop-Interflora organization.
Needless to say, all information required to process your order will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties.

Flowers are seasonal products, and some varieties will therefore not always be available at florists, including the Fleurop-Interflora on-line Flower Market.
We are unable to guarantee permanent availability of specific flowers at every florist shop worldwide, especially if orders are received at short notice.
A Fleurop-Interflora bouquet may thus look slightly different to that shown in the on-line shop. However, every Fleurop-Interflora bouquet is a work of art, freshly composed especially for you in one of our premium Fleurop-Interflora shops, and you may rest assured that every effort will be made to match the colour and shape of the bouquet shown in the on-line picture.
Flowers with vases are, unfortunately, not available. Nevertheless, in the Fleurop-Interflora on-line Flower Market, flowers that are delivered with a vase are clearly indicated.
For gift items without flowers, the legal provisions of the right of withdrawal are applied.

Delivery of your floral greeting
In the absence of the addressee, our florist member will attempt delivery and leave a calling card and try to reach the recipient later by phone. If the florist is unable to deliver the flowers and unable to reach the recipient wihtin 24 hours after the first attempt of delivery, the florist will inform us of the none-delivery and you’ll be informed either via phone or Email that no delivery could be made. The florist making the delivery is authorized to leave the flowers with a reliable third-party (e.g. a neighbour, receptionist, porter, funeral parlour, etc.) deemed suitable for passing on the flowers to the addressee. The same applies to additional items (accompanying card, gift article, etc.) for which transmission has been agreed to in individual cases.
We require desired delivery time details (morning / afternoon / evening) at least 24 hours before the delivery date.
Only delivery times for funerals and weddings can be guaranteed. The sender is therefore requested to give the time of delivery, as accurately as possible, in the “Delivery details” field of the order form.
Cancellation/power of revocation
Flower orders can be cancelled up to one working day before the delivery date by giving details of the order number.
Cancellation after this time can only be accepted in exceptional circumstances, and repayment cannot be guaranteed.
